The dream…

Ok…some write because they are good at it, some write because it allows them to express themselves…..me, I write when i have an idea.  The other night I went to sleep just like I always do…and for the first time in weeks I actually remembered the dream I had.  I still don’t know where it came from, or why it came but in the past my writings have turned into free style RP senarios.  A close friend of mine periodically threatens to publish my writings in the states because she thinks they are that good.

Heres an example….the dream i had is all in this one piece of writing

Prologue

As the club closed for the night, Aka made her way up to Pierre’s office in a fit of rage.  Pierre made it his business to make her life as difficult as possible as often as he could and she had had all she could take.  Aka had been hunting and had been forbidden to do so, having blood delivered to her by the blood bank just wasnt cutting it.  She was a vampire in the truest sence of the word, a hunter of mortals….she alone had slaughtered hundreds if not thousands, so being reduced to ordering blood from a bank hurt her pride in what and who she was.  Pierre and all his nosing around had somehow discovered the fact that she had been hunting and had threatened not only to tell Alucard but Hecate as well.  All that needed to know knew that Pierre wanted Xanas for himself and would go to any length to get what he wanted.

Present

Pierre

As Aka burst through the door to his office, the door was thrown from its hinges and left to lay on the floor like a piece of discarded trash.  Pierre looked up from the pad on his desk where he had been doodling and smiled slightly.  He had felt her coming and had braced himself for the perpetual storm that was his sweet sister.  He stood slowly and bowed to her in mock respect, she was after all a very influential creature in this city, being tied to Alucard and all.

Aka

She had burst through his door with such force that the door no longer hung at all and she decided to leave it where it had fallen.  She had only one thought on her mind…she wanted him out of HER city.  She spoke in such a tone that it showed just how much self restraint it took her to not strike him down where he now stood ”I want you out of MY city, I will not tolerate your childish games any longer!”

Pierre

His shoulders tightened as he heard what she said.  Her city? Since when had it been her city?  He gave an amused chuckle as he spoke quietly “Dear dear Aka, If you want me gone that badly…why dont you leave?”

Aka

She growled in frustation then retorted with “You would have to kill me before I left this city in your hands”  She realised the faux pas she had made once she finished speaking and backed away slightly.

Pierre

His smile widened as she spoke, this was exactly the moment he had been waiting for.  Her rage had made her careless and now she would pay for it dearly. He spoke with a cheerful lilt to his voice “That my dear can be arranged quite easily.”  And as if from no where a silver sword appeared in his hand.  He started toward Aka in a casual manner, knowing she would not back away…she had too much pride for that.  Once he was close enough, he struck with breathtaking speed, it was a strike to her lower abdomen that would possibly kill her but would take days if it did.  He had planned to take over Xanas and possibly the city in those few days, knowing she would hide herself away and cut ties with anyone it could effect if she did die.

Aka

She saw the sword appear and had time to think, he knows too!  She spoke in a scornful tone “And what pray tell do you plan on doing with….” Her breath was cut short by a searing pain to her gut.  Now she knew.  As she looked down to find blood pouring from the wound, she looked up at Pierre with pure hatred in her eyes as she slid to her knees.

Pierre

Now that she was sufficiently wounded, he knew she would offer no resistance as he executed his next move as if it was a game of chess.  Moving closer, he picked her up and laid a gentle kiss on her forehead, the casually tossed her out the window to the pavement below while calling after her “Good bye dear Aka, see you in hell”

Aka

As she hit the ground with and audible thud, she was glad she had secretly constructed her very own tomb.  She had gone to the construction company and requested they build one in a long forgotten underground cemetary and they had not questioned her at all.  She sommoned the remainder of her strength and stumbled toward her tomb, hand held over the would in an attempt to hide it from the creatures she passed on the way.  When she reached her tomb, she stumbled inside, then sealed it with the stone seal she had also had made then collapsed in a heap on the floor.  If she healed this, she would have Pierres head on a platter.

Why in the hell would i dream all that?  What does it all mean?  Hell if I know…

All I know is it is a pretty incredible piece of writing for me at least…and Ill have to get some of the others i have done over the last few years to post up here.

One Response to “The dream…”

  1. You’re an awesome writer and you have a talent that is rare in today’s world. When a writer can make a reader feel and imagine a story….and the words come to life, that is a gift that is extraordinary. Don’t let your talent go to waste and remember to keep on keepin on
